When you request access you share your name, email address, phone number with country code, LinkedIn profile URL, country, state and city, your designation, organisation, years of experience, areas of expertise, current focus areas, the challenge you are solving, who you want to connect with, and what you can contribute.

We also record which cohort you applied to and the date of your application. We do not collect payment details through this website.

We use your details to verify your application, decide which cohort fits you best, and introduce you to members where there is a genuine reason to connect.

We use your contact details to reach you about your application, your cohort, and resources or invitations relevant to your work.

Your application is stored in our database and access is limited to the team that reviews memberships.

The invitation link to a cohort community is released only after your application is submitted and a human check is completed, so links are not shared or misused.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.

We share your details with another member only when you have asked for an introduction or when there is a clear, mutual reason to connect.

We may use trusted service providers to host our systems and send communications. They process data only on our instructions.

You can ask us to correct your details, send you a copy of what we hold, or delete your application and leave the community at any time.

You can opt out of our communications by replying to any message or writing to our support address.

We keep applications for as long as you remain a member, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can answer questions about your membership. When you ask us to delete your data, we remove it from our active systems.

If we make a material change to this policy we will update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, tell you directly.
